Frédérick Rochon

Founder, AO-C · Alpha Omega Capital

Trained in economics and law, Frédérick Rochon first built his career in the financial industry, where he led a division, then a branch, and trained more than thirty advisors who are still in practice today. For more than fifteen years, he has worked alongside the country’s most accomplished entrepreneurs, a clientele that demands performance, intelligence and discretion.

An entrepreneur serving entrepreneurs, he founded Alpha Omega Capital (AO-C) on a simple conviction: the work of a lifetime deserves, in its passing, the same care it took to build. While a company is being built, that care means protecting its shareholders and key employees, the people without whom the business would not stand. At the moment of transfer, it means a structure that makes the handover direct, seamless and profitable for those who follow. AO-C now draws on an alliance of more than ten strategic partners, grouped within sub-firms he owns.

Independent, by choice.

Independent by choice, Frédérick holds elite standing with the major insurers and belongs to none. That independence lets him put the insurers in competition and secure their best terms, with only one person to answer to: his client.

Relentless about the work.

He is, by his own admission, obsessive about his craft — the kind of architect who studies the fine print others skim, and who keeps fighting for a better outcome long after most would settle. That relentlessness is the difference between a good arrangement and the best one available anywhere.

One point of contact.

From the first conversation to the final signature, Frédérick is the one across the table — not a team you never meet. And he stays. Long after a file is closed, he remains the person you call, year after year. The relationship is the work.
